Disability Access Consulting
Organizations can take meaningful steps to create access.
I support organizations looking to more meaningfully expand access to disabled employees or customers. Disability Access Consulting includes an access audit and supporting clear plans forward to increase disability access and inclusion moving forward.
This includes but is not limited to:
Access audits of organizational policies, spaces and practices.
Access coordination for events.
Research and evaluation of disabled end-user experiences to inform strategic decision making.
Literature review and synthesis.
Creation and group facilitation of disability-focused training.
If you have an organizational need for increasing accessibility, I would love to talk!

On the wall in front of her are multicolored post it notes that she is pointing at. There are other people at the table, who are focused on her. On the table there are post it notes, laptops and pens.
My unique approach.
In addition to being a coach and disability doula, I am also a researcher and have worked in education for more than 10 years. I bring each of these skills to my work as an Organizational Access Consultant.
My current scholarly work is focused on an organizational maturity model which supports organizations in articulating how they are actively including and excluding disabled people. Publication is forthcoming but if you are interested in learning more in the meantime, send me an email at hello@wovenexperience.com.
I am also a confident and adept facilitator. I am able to bring these skills together to evaluate access at your organization and design and facilitate training and group coaching towards greater access.
